Before the summer, the Territori department will award the nineteen homes purchased from Sareb that are located in Constantí. In addition to these apartments of between 80 and 90 square meters, Incasòl acquired 22 parking spaces, 22 storage rooms and a premises from this development for 1.2 million euros.
During the visit to the property, Councilor Ester Capella celebrated the increase in the social rental housing stock to "provide solutions to the families of Catalonia."
The bases to access the apartments will be published in April and for a person to be selected it will be necessary to be admitted to the Registry of Applicants for Officially Protected Housing, be registered in Constantí and have income greater than 18,000 euros per year and a maximum of four times l public multi-effect lava indicator.
Of the nineteen homes that will go on to the public rental market, five will be reserved for young people up to 35 years old.
The selection of the winners will be carried out by lottery among all the applications that meet the requirements and the monthly income will range between 362 and 420 euros.
All homes have a parking space and a storage room included in this price and correspond to a development built in 2009 located on Jaume I street in Constantí.
