Kori Gauthier was seen Tuesday, her loved ones said.

Authorities and volunteers are looking for a lost Louisiana State University student whose car had been discovered abandoned on a Mississippi River bridge at Baton Rouge before this past week.

Officers discovered her vehicle after midnight Thursday about the eastbound side of the Horace Wilkinson Bridge on Interstate 10 after a person crashed into it,'' authorities said. Her car had been left unoccupied about the bridge, which will be roughly 2 kilometers from the college campus, for an hour prior to the wreck, Baton Rouge ABC affiliate WBRZ reported.
