Release with charges for two of those detained for the crime of the two civil guards

Two of the eight detained for the murder of two civil guards whom they attacked on Friday with a drug boat have been provisionally released with charges after testifying before the head of court number 1 of Barbate (Cádiz) that is investigating the case.

These are the two men who traveled in a car to the town of Sotogrande to pick up three of the six occupants of the rubber that hit the boat in which the four civil guards were, at the mouth of the port of Barbate.

The two left the court on their own and denied any connection with the events. "We have not done anything and the others who are inside are still not the murderers either. We have nothing to do with what happened in Barbate. We are innocent. Those who killed the civil guards are free out there. They detained us because we were in a place where there was a raid," they assured the media on duty at the doors of the Barbate courts.
