Psychologists rule out that the woman who killed her neighbor in Carabanchel suffers from a mental disorder

A psychological report on imputability has ruled out that the woman who killed, dismembered and burned her neighbor last March in her apartment in Carabanchel suffers from some type of mental disorder that exempts her from criminal responsibility, legal sources have informed Europa Press.

The Investigating Court number 32 of Madrid is investigating Marta C., 34, for the crime of Pilar M., whose body was found in early March in a dump in the Toledo town of Las Ventas with Peña Aguilera.

The parties are awaiting an autopsy report that will determine whether the facts are classified as homicide or murder. The most innovative in the case is a psychological report of the accused, prepared by the Forensic Medical Clinic, which indicates that "there is no element that diminishes the imputability."

This judicial expert opinion is carried out to assess a person's abilities that are related to criminal responsibility. In the event that it is determined that there is a mental alienation, the person under investigation would be given a complete exemption that exempts him from the criminal charge.

In her statement, the young woman maintained that the victim fell backwards in her home and hit her head. The 68-year-old victim was the president of the neighborhood community of number 64 Oca street in Madrid, where the detained woman resided.

The investigated was cremating the mortal remains by parts in a landfill near her town and went several times to a gas station, being surprised by the agents of the National Police.
