Premià de Mar formalizes the expropriation of the factory site of Can Sanpere

This Thursday the signing took place by the mayor, Rafa Navarro, and the representatives of JOSEL, SLU (company that belongs to Núñez and Navarro) of the expropriation act, the payment of the fair price set by the Premià de Mar City Council ( Maresme) and the taking possession of the registered properties included within the urban action area of Can Sanpere.

The amount that the City Council has paid to JOSEL has been a total of 1,498,421.69 euros, which corresponds to the value for expropriation purposes approved by the Local Government Board of the City Council last November.

The next steps, once the City Council is the official owner of the Can Sanpere space, will be to finish the demolition project, create a working committee to agree on the different phases and actions and seek funding support to carry it out. the corresponding actions.

At the same time, the expropriation jury will have to rule in the coming months on the fair price, given the disagreement in the valuation by the company that until now owned it.
