The letter also makes a series of recommendations so that citizens avoid taking unnecessary risks at Christmas, such as checking whether the establishments they plan to attend for party favors have prior municipal authorization.
“On public roads and other public areas, activities such as singing, shouting, operating radios, televisions, instruments or musical equipment cannot be carried out,” reads the side consulted by this newspaper.
