The birth of Ana Sandra, legal daughter and biological granddaughter of Ana Obregón, who has been conceived through surrogacy from the sperm of Aless Lequio, the presenter's deceased son, has made surrogacy a topic of ongoing debate in our country.
In the Telecinco Socialité program, he has searched for more celebrities who can talk about this method. Leticia Sabater has revealed to the program presented by María Patiño that she had an experience for which she was about to become a surrogate mother, but in the end she ended up rejecting the offer.
The singer has narrated her experience with surrogate pregnancy, taking advantage of the case of Ana Obregón: "A friend of mine, who has a boyfriend, asked me if I could be the surrogate. I can still have children and I thought about it," she has starting by explaining the presenter.
"I decided not for three reasons. The first: I think I'm not old, I think you have to be close to the age of your child. The second: I would be unable to be a surrogate, give birth to my child and then give it to him to another person. I wasn't born to be that cold. I'm sure that once my son was born, I would keep him, so I'm not good for that."
Finally, Leticia has alluded to her physique, because for her "it is very important not to deform her body" and she needs to "be in top shape" to continue with her musical career: "I do one hundred concerts a year and I have to be in top shape for my fans."
