A Mallorcan bar gets three stars from Top Cocktails Bars 2024

Starfall also for cocktails. But not by the Michelin Guide, but by Top Cocktail Bars, a publication that annually is responsible for delivering new shine to the best bars in Spain and Portugal.

This week he announced his new stars for 2024 at a gala held in Valladolid, and the highest score was achieved by the Mallorcan Sala de Personal, who from now on joins the club of three-star mixologists to which the Barcelona 14 already belonged. from La Rosa, Angelita from Madrid, El Niño Perdido from Valladolid, and Quattro Teste and Red Frog from Lisbon.

For those who have never heard of Sala de Personal, it is a place located in Palma where the tandem formed by the bartender Matías Iriarte and the chef Borja Triñanes propose a liquid experience as the products they find on the market also change. They offer a menu consisting of four drinks and four bites (60 euros) completely linked to the temporality of the ingredients.

No bar has achieved two stars in this new edition of Top Cocktails Bars 2024 and only one establishment has been distinguished with a new shine: the Barcelona-based Foco, which opened approximately a year and a half ago in the Gràcia neighborhood.

Without a star, but recently landed in the new list of Top Cocktail Bars, this year 1805 Ibiza (Eivissa), Aphoteke (Valencia), Bar de Higuera (Barcelona), Blackberry (Lérida), Café Madrid (Valencia), Caoba ( Palma de Mallorca), Caracortada (Madrid), Bar Cock (Madrid), Dr Stravinsky (Barcelona), Florería Atlántico (Barcelona), Liquid Love (Lisbon), Marrufo (Madrid), Mauz Madrid (Madrid), Mirall Bar (Palma de Mallorca), Ni-fu Ni-fa (Madrid), Patio de Seats (Pola de Siero), Piñata (Barcelona), Punch Room (Barcelona), Shift Public House (Madrid), Luxury Spirits (Barcelona), Pharmacy (Málaga) , Tandem (Barcelona), The Argo (Portugal) and Uni (Lisbon).
