LaLiga had not said the last word on the subject of Gavi's registration as a member of Barcelona's first team. On January 31, the entity chaired by Javier Tebas complied with the order of the judge of the Barcelona Mercantile Court number 12 who ruled in favor of FC Barcelona, who asked him to accept the new contract for the young midfielder. But he always made it clear that he would oppose the precautionary measure adopted by ordinary justice. The term ended this Tuesday and LaLiga filed the appeal on time.
Gavi has been, since the last day of the winter market, a member of the Barça first team and appears as such on the competition's official website. The interior changed the number 30 for number 6. But that can change and void the registration for next season if the judge now accepts the employer's argument.

The problem lies in the different interpretation that the Barcelona club and LaLiga make of the financial fair play regulations.
