The administration of justice is the service least valued by citizens, according to the quality survey of public services published this Tuesday by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS), which also reveals that services related to citizen security are the most valued .

According to the survey, 66% of citizens feel little or not at all satisfied with justice, while 18% consider themselves quite satisfied and only 3% very satisfied, data that has already been given in recent studies by the demoscopic organization.

On the opposite side are services related to citizen security (civil protection, police, firefighters,...), with satisfaction rates that exceed 72%. Those who declare themselves little or not at all satisfied in this area do not reach 25%.

Public transport (58.6%), assistance in public hospitals (53.7%) or public education (51.3%) also exceed 50% satisfaction, with assistance in public health centers approaching 50%. % (48.4%). Public works and infrastructure also receive a high satisfaction rate (48.8%).

It should also be noted that, according to the survey, the procedures for managing unemployment benefits only satisfy 28% of those surveyed, significantly less than for managing retirement procedures (37%).

When respondents are asked what aspects have improved or worsened in the State administrations, autonomous communities and city councils, 67.8% say that Internet access has improved, while 63% say that the time to solve the problem has worsened. the managements.
