A few weeks ago, the journalist and television presenter Helena Resano shared through her social networks that she was admitted to the hospital due to a health problem, which is why she would be absent from her program (La Sexta Noticias) for a time.

Although she did not want to reveal many details about her situation, the communicator opened up and shared different publications from the hospital: ''In those endless moments in the MRI tube I have reminded myself that I had forgotten that what was most valuable, my health, he had left it aside. That all the anguish she had because the week's commitments were beginning to falter, didn't matter. She couldn't do anything if she wasn't okay."

As he explained, they were doing different tests because he was suffering from a type of paralysis in his leg (in addition to other worrying symptoms) that had set off all the alarms. She also felt like her arm was going numb.

After a week in the hospital, the journalist went home to start treatment, but announced that things were not good: "The leg is still there, not wanting to wake up (...) Mine has been a scare, "It has stayed that way. And it is surely a warning, a reminder, that I have to take things more calmly, that I am not 'superwoman' (...)".

Scared and worried about the difficult episode she had just experienced, but grateful for having received such a wave of messages of support from colleagues, friends, loved ones and followers, Resano returned home wanting to recover and get back to the first time. television line as soon as possible.

Two weeks after his last communication on Instagram, Resano has reappeared with a very special video playing the piano, a practice that, according to what he said, helps him in his medical process: ''From the first day, my physio, Álvaro Guerrero, told me He recommended that every day, in addition to swimming, leg exercises and walking, I play the piano a little. They were part of the “homework” he gave me. And there I have been these days. With this Valzer d'Inverno that has kept me entertained.''
