This March 8, Global Omnium has managed to bring together the largest concentration of women linked to the world of water in an event called under the title “El Agua en Femenino” that aims to honor the role of women in the Valencian company.
Kadia García, CEO of Oceanogràfic - the place where the meeting was held - and Mar Arándiga, head of Equality at Global Omnium, took the floor to highlight the true, real and effective commitment to equality in the Valencian company. The CEO of Global Omnium Dionisio García Comín also wanted to be present at the “Agua en Femenino”.
An event that has sought to honor all the women who are part of the Global Omnium family. “For those that exist and to be an example of all those that are to come,” said Kadia García. For her part, according to Arándiga, “in 2024 the figure of 1,000 women who complete and are present in all departments of Global Omnim has been exceeded.” Although the meeting took place early in the morning to facilitate the participation of the majority of women, not all of them have been able to travel from different parts of Spain or for other work reasons.
