Making scandalous seasoned olives is easier than it seems. Gipsy Chef demonstrates it with this week's recipe, which will be richer if you use different types of olives. To make the preserve last longer, finish it off with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, which will act as a protective layer, and keep it in the fridge. But it can also be consumed at the moment.
