The woman had previously met him at a nightclub on the Passeig Marítim in Palma and decided to go from there by taxi to the tourist area where the attackers were staying. Once there, they had consensual sexual relations on the beach and then went together to the apartment that the boy shared with three other tourists. Once there, the young woman claims that she was sexually assaulted by one of them without consent on her part.

Next, another of the young men with whom she shared the apartment approached the room where the young woman was and forced her to perform fellatio, according to what the girl told the investigators. The woman added that another of the boys also approached her and touched her while she kissed her. The four young men did not participate in the events, according to the police.

The girl took one of the tourists' passports and with it she went to the police station, where she reported the events. The complaint led to the arrest of the four tourists, who had planned to leave Mallorca that same morning in the direction of their country of origin. The young people were arrested after a visual inspection was carried out in the apartment. The four defendants are scheduled to be brought to trial at Vía Germany offices in the next few hours.
