Dulceida's 'influencer' awards move to the Valencian Community

The Ídolo awards, created by the Catalan influencer Dulceida, will be held during their next three editions in the Valencian Community. It was announced yesterday by the president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Mazón, during the celebration of the 2024 gala at the Gran Teatro Príncipe Pío in Madrid and presented it as another tourism promotion project for the territory.

"We are in luck. (The Ídolo) leave Madrid and come to the Valencian Community," said Mazón yesterday at the gala, where he valued that the awards "will place us in the reference on the networks, among influencers and on a great platform of visibility and hospitality, which is what we are in the Valencian Community".

As explained by the Generalitat Valenciana, the next editions of the Idol Awards in the Valencia Community will include as a novelty a cultural and gastronomic agenda around the event that wants to give visibility to the territory and in which the main content creators will become "ambassadors of our land".

The Ídolo Awards, which were born in 2022 promoted by Aída Doménech, better known as Dulceida, recognize the creation of content on social networks. Also present at yesterday's gala held in Madrid were the Valencia-based influencers Verónica Sánchez and Jana Victoria, known on social networks as 'Oh! Mommy Blue'.

Starting in 2025, the awards will tour the Valencian Community with performances in the three provinces that will focus on the main attractions of the region such as its cultural, artistic and historical heritage, its wide gastronomy, along with its rich landscape and climate.
