Daniel Sancho is not going to admit the charges of which the Prosecutor's Office accuses him

Key week in the case of Daniel Sancho, the Spanish cook who confessed to having murdered and dismembered the Colombian Edwin Arrieta in Thailand last August. This Thursday he must appear before the judge, after the Asian country's Prosecutor's Office has delivered the final report in which it accuses him of premeditated murder.

Coinciding with this fact, the father of the accused, the well-known actor Rodolfo Sancho, has traveled to Thailand again to learn first-hand the news surrounding Daniel's case. What is already known is that, in that appearance, the chef will not admit the charges against him, as confirmed by the TardeAR program this Wednesday afternoon.

The information that Ana Rosa Quintana's space on Telecinco has had access to, through reporter Esther Sánchez, comes from Sancho's closest environment. "Tomorrow, before the judge, he will not admit those facts of which the Prosecutor's Office accuses him, nor the concealment of the body, nor the premeditated murder that they have put in their report," the journalist reported.

From the Koh Samui prison, Sánchez claims to have seen Rodolfo "come to support him [Daniel] in a very key week for his son", and recalled that "it is the second time he has come to visit him in the 79 days he has been in prison", the first being last September.

Daniel Sancho's father spent around two hours inside the prison talking with him, although "he did not want to make any kind of statement to the media," said Esther Sánchez. However, he does assure that "the cameras were able to capture him: he was calm, talking to the legal advisor", the latter because the cook still does not have a lawyer in Thailand.

According to the journalist, "in order for a future statement to be taken, by then he will have to need legal representation" in the Asian country. Until then, Daniel will have to turn to a court-appointed lawyer.
