A 75-year-old man died this Sunday when he was trapped with the sliding door of a garage that he tried to access with his vehicle in the Madrid town of Alcorcón.
As reported by Emergencies 112, the event occurred around 1:30 p.m. in a farm located at number 55 of Avenida Alcalde José Aranda. There is a parking lot that is accessed from a ramp and with a sliding door.
For reasons that are being investigated, the man has been trapped and has had to be rescued by members of the Alcorcón Fire Brigade, who have intervened to remove the door.
Despite the cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers carried out by the Summa112 toilets, it has only been possible to confirm the death of the man, and the National Police and the Local Police have taken over the investigation of the event.
