So here it goes. This Monday also marks the beginning of my fifth year on these pages. And that makes me very happy and fills me with pride. To think that there are so many people who find these modest recommendations useful makes me very happy.
For the rest, there are things that never change, like reminding you that this menu is designed to eat, but also to prepare as a family, that there are many reasons to eat more plants and fewer animals, and that there are few things tastier than what is made in home.
