Barricades and police charges after the relegation of Málaga to the First Federation

Málaga has said goodbye to professional football after a golden age that led them to play in the Champions League with a monumental row at La Rosaleda and altercations abroad, where the police have charged against a group of fans who have made barricades with containers.

In an inconsequential match both for the locals and for their rival -Ibiza, also relegated- the news was only in the stands, where the entertainment sector has been empty in protest of a disastrous season until minute 25 of a match that has finished with a sad tie in a nondescript game (1-1).

The fans have once again called for the resignation of the club's legal administrator, José María Muñoz, and have dismissed the bulk of the squad with protests, who will leave the entity. Even the coach, Sergio Pellicer, with one more season on his contract, is not sure of his continuity, although the new sports director, Loren Juarros, has said that he has him.

After the game, several hundred fans have threatened from the sector of the entertainment stands to invade the field if the squad did not come out. Private security has prevented this, although outside the stadium a large police deployment has not been able to prevent some disturbances and has ended up intervening with charges.
