The Elx Local Police have arrested a 46-year-old man for attacking his 78-year-old mother and threatening his sisters with a knife. A police team was requested on Carlos Antón Pastor Street where they alerted that a woman had been attacked by her son. A patrol from the area went to the place and found her mother and her two daughters in the doorway, very scared of her.
According to what they indicated, their brother had fallen to the ground and punched their mother several times in the back in their presence and had even threatened them with a knife. Apparently this situation was constant and it was her mother who suffered the most from living with the aggressor. In addition, she had had a restraining order that was no longer in force.
While the agents were collecting information about the person involved, who had left the scene, a neighbor indicated that he had fled to the park when he saw the police presence. One of the patrols went looking for her and found him one street up. The man was arrested and taken to police stations.
