A 26-year-old man has been arrested by the National Police in Malaga for allegedly biting off part of the cheek of his 43-year-old ex-boyfriend, who has also been arrested.

The events occurred on the afternoon of January 30 during a fight in a home in the capital, although the agents found both on the public road, as police sources informed EFE this Thursday. The 43-year-old man was bleeding profusely as a result of the wound and had to be transferred to the Regional Hospital of Malaga, although it was not necessary to undergo surgery, health sources have stated.

The two men were arrested for alleged threats and injuries in the area of ​​domestic violence, according to sources, who added that the young man had broken a restraining order he had with respect to his ex-boyfriend.
