Almeida dedicated the first part of his second speech in plenary to Rita Maestre, spokesperson for Más Madrid, whom he has referred to several times as “Teresa from Calcutta.”
“She (Maestre) is scandalized by the episodes of street violence, of course, she does not care about amnesty terrorists.
