The Civil Guard has arrested a 28-year-old man, a music teacher at a school in the Madrid town of Villanueva de la Cañada, as the alleged perpetrator of sexual touching of four minors, victims to whom he taught classes.
The man was arrested last Thursday after returning from a trip during the Easter festivities and is accused of four crimes of sexual assault, sources from the armed institute have confirmed to Efe.
After his arrest, the man was placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court number 6 of Móstoles, whose owner released him with precautionary measures.
Among them, the impediment to leaving Spain, the withdrawal of the passport and the prohibition of approaching less than 500 meters from the victims and working with minors, legal sources have indicated.
The investigation began a few weeks ago when the father of one of the victims, aged four, filed a complaint against the man, of Spanish nationality, with the Civil Guard.
According to what the victim's father told the agents, she had told him that her music teacher kissed the students and had touched her private parts.
After hearing the news, three other parents reported similar events.
Once arrested, the agents in charge of the investigations searched the professor's home and intercepted his cell phone and computers.
The judge investigating the case has ordered the dumping of the contents of these devices and the statements of the victims are pending.
