Mossos d'Esquadra from the Arenys de Mar police station (Maresme) arrested, on October 27, a 20-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of three robberies with force committed in Canet de Mar.
The events date back to the night of October 19 to 20. The owners of three commercial establishments reported to the Mossos and the Local Police of Canet de Mar that they had forced entry into their establishments and had stolen money, some 2,368 euros in total.
The Investigation Unit of the Arenys de Mar police station took charge of the investigations and was able to identify the alleged perpetrator of the three robberies, who turned out to be the same person, a 20-year-old young man. Agents from the Citizen Security Unit arrested him on October 27 at the Canet de Mar train station. On October 28 he was brought to justice before the Investigative Court acting as guard in Arenys de Mar.
