Agents from the Latina District Police Station of the Madrid Municipal Police have arrested a man for sexually abusing his two nephews, aged 6, and recording it on video; and the mother of the children for covering up what happened, both Spaniards of Hungarian origin, aged 29 and 31, police sources have reported.
The police investigation began on November 20, when a woman went to a second-hand goods store in the Puerta del Ángel neighborhood to sell a mobile phone. After a month, and since the saleswoman did not want it back, a store employee proceeded to format it to put it up for sale.
But when he was about to do so, he found among the terminal's audiovisual content numerous pornographic videos starring an adult giving orders to two children. Given the possibility of these images constituting a crime, he immediately called 091.
Several national police officers arrived at the scene, and they actually verified that the videos showed a man in his thirties recording himself masturbating two 6-year-old boys, whose faces were clearly visible. They also observed how he forced the minors to touch each other, stating on several occasions that they were "his nephews."
After analyzing the images in detail, the agents corroborated that the intention of the author of the videos was not only to obtain sexual pleasure, but also to "share the images with other adults" due to the lewd statements he utters, as stated in the complaint.
Then, seeing that the abuse of minors could continue, the national police immediately went to the address given to the store by the saleswoman, an apartment in the Central district, but they verified that the woman had no longer lived there for a few years. .
After several inquiries, the agents ended up at another building, whose neighbors told them that they had once seen two 6-year-old children go up to a house with their mother and uncle. After several investigations, the officials located said apartment and found inside both the saleswoman, who was the children's mother, them, and her uncle, who became very nervous in her presence.
The agents interviewed them separately and discovered that the voices of these children "completely coincided" with the voices of the children in the pornographic videos. The kids confirmed that the person who lived with them was his uncle, that they did not have another uncle, and that this man often stayed with them alone when his mother was working.
With all this information, the police arrested both the children's mother and their uncle, who stated that he had only recorded some videos of the children in the shower "but nothing more." As they believed it highly likely that both adults had pornographic material on their phones, they also seized them. The children were left in the care of her grandmother while the Police continue with the investigation of the events.
