A 39-year-old man has been arrested and it is being investigated whether it is a possible case of gender violence, as investigation sources have confirmed to Europa Press.
The deceased is a 34-year-old woman from a stab wound, while the daughter, who fell from the second floor to the interior patio of the property, is a minor under 13 years of age. Following these events, a 39-year-old man has been arrested.
The events occurred on Wednesday afternoon and the National Police has opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances of what happened.
Sources from the investigation have informed Europa Press that the agents have found the woman already deceased, while the minor has been transferred to the hospital with a reserved prognosis. Regarding the latter, it is being investigated whether the fall she suffered was accidental or whether it was provoked.
