Cristiano Ronaldo explodes again with a rival: "You don't want to play"

Al-Nassr suffered a blow to their hopes of winning the Saudi Professional League after drawing 0-0 with lowly Al-Feiha, moving away from leaders Al-Ittihad, who now lead the Portuguese team by three points. A result that frustrated Cristiano Ronaldo who left the field angry and confronting his rivals. "You don't want to play" he snapped at them after the match ended.

Ronaldo, 38, who joined Al-Nassr in January with a succulent contract of more than 200 million euros, according to the media, is not living the experience he expected in Saudi football and there are many games in which he has been seen to lose his temper. Yesterday, he also faced the rival goalkeeper, Vladimir Stojkovic, who kissed the ball in the 68th minute, after avoiding a goal from the Portuguese, and received a ball from Cristiano in his hands.

The draw, on the other hand, was highly celebrated by the humble Al-Feiha, who even posted an image on Twitter that has gone viral. An edited photo of their captain Sami Al-Khaibari sitting opposite Ronaldo at a chess table, emulating the famous ad featuring Cristiano 2.5 million views, compared to less than 100,000 views for other posts on the page.

Al-Nassr manager Rudi Garcia was also not satisfied with his team's performance: "The result is definitely bad and we are not happy," the French coach told the Saudi Sports Company (SSC) through a translator. “I am not satisfied with the performance of the players. I asked them to play at the same level as the last game (in the 5-0 win against Al-Adalah), but they didn't."

Al-Nassr, who last won the title in 2019, will play a crucial match next week against Al-Hilal, the defending champion and fourth in the standings, which may determine the title race. "There are seven games left, we will try to recover and we realize that it is not easy after losing two points, but everything is possible."
