Arandina - Real Madrid: schedule and where to watch the Copa del Rey match on TV

Real Madrid debuts this season in the Copa del Rey against Arandina CF (Burgos), a team that currently plays in the Second Federation and dreams of surprising the current champion of the competition.

Carlo Ancelotti's team arrives at the match in an unbeatable moment, as the brand new winter champions of LaLiga EA Sports after achieving a narrow victory against Mallorca (1-0). The whites lead the standings with 48 points, the same as Girona, in second position.

The whites aspire to repeat the title. “We are excited to start another competition. We are the Champions. It will be a party for the city and we will go with the utmost respect towards the rival with the idea, of course, of qualifying to be in Monday's draw," explained Real Madrid's director of institutional relations, Emilio Butragueño, to Realmadrid TV.

The Burgos team is preparing for a historic visit, which has forced the capacity of the Juan Carlos Higuero stadium to be expanded, ready to receive between 10,000 and 12,000 people this Saturday.

The match between Aradina CF and Real Madrid, corresponding to the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey, will be played at the Juan Carlos Higuero stadium on Saturday, January 6, at 9:30 p.m. The meeting can be seen on television on RTVE's La 1 and can also be followed live through the La Vanguardia website.
