The plenary session of the Consell approved this Friday the decree that determines the work calendar applicable in the territorial area of the Valencian Community for the year 2024, which includes thirteen holidays, including June 24.
The calendar has been submitted to a prior mandatory report from the Tripartite Council for the Development of Labor Relations and Collective bargaining of the Valencian Community, as reported by the Consell's spokesperson, Ruth Merino, in the press conference after the plenary session.
Likewise, the Les Corts Resolution regarding the declaration of the Bonfires of San Juan as an autonomous festivity on June 24 has been taken into account.
Thus, holidays in the Valencian Community will be on January 1 and 6, March 19 and 29, April 1, May 1, August 15, October 9 and 12, November 1, and on December 6 and 25.
And with a remunerated and recoverable nature, June 24, the festival of San Juan, is established.
