In addition to losing the 'jewel in the crown' of the 'orange' party in Spain, the vice-mayor of the capital, led by Villacís, has lost all its strength in eight years. In 2019, it was presented in 113 municipalities and became decisive for the formation of the government in many of them, with pacts with both the PSOE and the PP.
The municipalities in which the centrist party governed until yesterday are Valdemoro, Paracuellos de Jarama, Torrejón de la Calzada, El Molar, Villarejo de Salvanés, Robledo de Chavela, Santa María de la Alameda and La Acebeda. He also achieved the mayoralty of Villaviciosa de Odón, which he lost in 2021 in favor of the PP after a motion of no confidence in this party with Vox.

The results obtained in 2019 allowed it to be part of about twenty local governments in other towns, some of which have been outgoing during the legislature until closing with 17. To date, it is represented in almost 90 local corporations in the region.
