The three magistrates of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) who make up the control commission of popular legislative initiatives (ILP) of the Parliament of Catalonia have submitted their resignations. The three judges are Francisco José Sospedra Nava, who was president of the commission and is a judge in the Administrative Litigation room, Xavier Bonet Frigola, a judge in that same room, and Amparo Illán Teba, a judge in the Social room of TSJC.
