I will be forgiven for acting as a voice of conscience, but... what does the war in Gaza have to do with a demonstration that aspires - or so they say - to add and not subtract support for a cause with a "transversal" vocation, but with tendency to demand indestructible adhesions?

Barcelona has hosted and will host pro-Palestinian demonstrations. It is the most natural thing in the world. And everyone is very free to participate or not. There is no deception or confusion. What surprises me is that the 8-M gave coverage and included in the official banner a mention of "genocides", aimed - let's not be naive - at hurting Israel. This is what I call opening a melon in March, a month not conducive to eating melon. Have they already forgotten the situation of women in Iran or Saudi Arabia, victims of structural discrimination?

Gaza is a painful slaughter where men and women die equally. How terrible was the fate of many young Israeli women that October 7, forgotten this 8-M, which raises doubts about the appropriation of feminism by some organizations and the Generalitat itself, cheerful endorser of this year's ideological bias . I guess they had to do it to look good, a sport very practiced by our institutions...

The Barcelona 8-M was unconditional with Palestine and the Muslim countries that support Hamas – read Iran –, without coming to blows with feminism. This is how a lot of good people cool down who support the end of inequalities, but they don't see the relationship with so many flags, slogans and banners today Palestinian, yesterday Tibetan and the day after tomorrow you know. And this forgetting of the young Israeli women who enjoyed the 7-O an unusual, very unusual, rave party in the Middle East.
