When María Bas decided to send Nebulossa's candidacy to Benidorm Fest 2024 without saying anything to her duo and life partner, Mark Dasousa, little expected that they would end up winning the competition. The group scored 156 points, as they wowed the jury and the audience, which earned them the bronze microphone and a direct ticket to Malmö (Sweden) to represent Spain at the next Eurovision festival.

But, if there is one thing that has made María Bas's eyes glaze over, it has been remembering that she is fulfilling a dream. The singer says that "this has become very big" and her wish was to "make herself known" and take the proposal "to all people". Something he has undoubtedly achieved.
Hearing all of Benidorm chanting "slut, slut, slut" is something very exciting for the two members of the group. However, they are clear that it is a bet that can raise a lot of dust. Something for which they must be psychologically prepared, seeing what has happened other times, as, for example, with Chanel. "We are at an age where you live things and carry them in a different way. It's very easy, we're not 20 years old and I'm sweating", said María emphatically. Words that were also seconded by Mark Dasousa.
In addition, both think that all the people who repudiate the song for what it represents do nothing more than prove them right: "We are clear that we will carry this message to the end of the consequences".
Now, all they have to do is polish the proposal and carry out a long pre-Eurovision campaign before taking the step to the big showcase that is the Eurovision stage. A goal for which they have three months ahead of them, but which, on the other hand, is within reach. For this reason, María Bas expressed forcefully that there is only one thing left for them to do: "Get ready!".
