The 20-year-old individual arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the death of an instructor at a shooting club in Canovelles (Barcelona) tried to flee this Tuesday, without success, from the National Police agents who were guarding him, according to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia (TSJMU) in a statement.
Apparently, the arrested man tried to "suddenly flee" and was hit "as he was going up the access stairs to the offices of the duty court" in the City of Justice in Murcia. For this reason, the magistrate included in the proceedings of the case the appearance of the agents in charge of his custody.
It should be remembered that the detainee is in provisional prison, communicated and without bail, and is at the disposal of the Investigating Court number 2 of the Barcelona town of Granollers, which may soon order his transfer to a Catalan prison.
He is accused of alleged crimes of homicide or murder, two illegal arrests, the crime of illegal possession of weapons and the crime of resistance or attack in connection with minor crimes of injury. He allegedly committed all of them between the afternoon of April 8 in Granollers until his arrest in Murcia a day later.
The young man, who was arrested last Sunday, allegedly forced two women "at gunpoint" to take him by vehicle to the Murcian capital, where he was located by the agents. At the time of the arrest, two ammunition firearms and a bladed weapon were seized.
