The juvenile judge has ordered the internment in a closed regime for six months for the adolescent who threatened to kill the brother of the victim of the Badalona group rape. Thus, he responds to the request of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, which had also requested admission to a center for the crimes of threats and obstruction of justice. The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested the minor early this Friday morning. As detailed by TV3's Planta Baixa program, the threats occurred on February 19. The arrested man sent a WhatsApp message to his brother telling him that he would stab him when he left the Institute. “Because of you, a kid has entered a center. They told me why you say that he has raped your sister. I don't know him but he made me feel sorry for him. That's why I'm going to stab you so that your mother and father suffer for you," said the message revealed by the program. As a result of these threats, an agent of the Mossos d'Esquadra accompanies the minor from home to the institute every day and the police have reinforced the security of the educational center.
These are not the only threats that the minor's family has received. Two of the victim's schoolmates wished that she had died in the bathroom. The events occurred last November but it was not until this week that the school where the minor studies as well as the authorities have been made aware of the events. Six individuals approached an 11-year-old girl on the first floor of the Màgic shopping center in Badalona. They threatened her with a knife, raped her and recorded the events. Five of the six individuals were identified and detained by the Mossos. Only one of them was over 14 years old and was sent to a juvenile center.
After the judge's decision, there are two adolescents admitted within the framework of this case, after one of the alleged perpetrators of the group rape is already in a closed regime.
The victim's family did not know the facts until December 15, the date on which they filed the complaint, when the little girl's brother commented that a video was circulating in which his sister was seen engaging in sexual activities with various individuals. It was at that moment that the young woman, explained Planta Baixa, "sank" and revealed everything that had happened. Her older sister explained on TV3 that the young woman is currently undergoing psychiatric and pediatric treatment at the Germans Trias and Pujol Hospital in Badalona. After the events, the girl began to lock herself in her room without wanting to leave.
