The judge has decreed provisional prison and without bail for the man arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the death of a minor under 15 years of age in a shooting last Monday in Sant Hipòlit de Voltegrà (Barcelona), accused of homicide and illegal possession of weapons, has informed the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC). As confirmed to ACN, the magistrate has ordered his entry into Brians 1.
The accused has gone to court this Thursday morning and has remained for about five hours. After what happened, the man escaped generating great expectations in the town about his whereabouts. The Mossos d'Esquadra deployed a device made up of specialized units and searched for him from early in the morning.
After hours of searching and thanks to neighborhood collaboration, they found it in a mountainous area. He was detained by the agents without putting up any resistance.
The following day he attended the search at his home, guarded by the Mossos and with his public defender. The defendant did not want to cooperate with the police and spent a good part of the search inside the vehicle. The gun he shot himself with remains missing.
