It was the business employees who suspected that the man could be "obsessed" with the owner of the establishment, since he was a regular customer who "only appeared when the woman was in the place."
The visits increased frequently until they went to the business daily, always requesting the same service in a cutting machine that required the victim to bend over to operate it. It was then that the suspect stood behind the woman, "a few centimeters away." , but without touching it."
The victim noticed that every time they went to the machine, this person raised his left leg in a strange way, until one day the businesswoman noticed that the detainee "took an electronic device out of his shoe and put it in his pocket." .
When checking the security cameras, the saleswoman was able to see that the man was pointing his shoe under her skirt and then put his hand to his ankle to pick up an object and insert it into his pants. Immediately, the woman reported the facts to the Police who began to analyze the images.
The agents established a device around the business in which they intercepted the alleged perpetrator of the events and arrested him. After the arrest, it was found that the man was carrying two small recording devices hidden between his shoe and sock, with the lenses pointing upward.
A search was carried out at the premises he ran, where different storage devices were seized. Cybercrime specialists explored the existence of other possible victims and verified that the images had not been shared on the network.
