Fake it, with the subtitle "Fes-ho veer until you come out", the piece by Marta Aran and Pau Coya that premieres at the Flyhard hall, presents a teenage girl with an innate talent for urban dance, who receives a very good contract from a big brand with questionable terms.
But things are not as pretty as they seem and the parents are forced to manage the situation as best they can. The family's life is submerged in social media and constant exposure for a hopeful future, doomed to pretend to be what they really are not. Is everything worth it to achieve success?
August 11, 1973 is considered the birth date of hip-hop, at a party organized by DJ Kool HErc, which was held at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx, New York. Directed by Mercè Vila Godoy, Fake it talks about dances and urban rhythms, in the year that commemorates the 50th anniversary of the birth of hip-hop.
Fake it is played by Marta Bayarri, Sergio Matamala and Cloe Amores, who is a very young actress (15 years old), Spanish hip hop champion, and can be seen until April 14 at the Flyhard theater in the neighborhood of Saints
