Our furry friends manage to steal our hearts. They delight us with their adventures, they take over the belongings of their human companions, in addition to becoming the center of attention of the home in which they live. Furthermore, if a dog is raised with humans from the time he is a puppy, he ends up understanding perfectly what he says.
This assimilation of words can wreak havoc on humans, as is the case with comedian Jorge Bolaños. In a video published on his Instagram account and with a clear humorous tone, he appears on the screen with his dog and a sign with three words. The comedian asks for help because of what is happening to him with Risa, his four-legged friend.
"Three words that I can't say because my dog is nearby," the comedian announces at the beginning of the video and, after this, he gets a lick from Risa. The three prohibited words are: street, gift and, do you want? As for the first, Bolaños highlights that he understands it because all dogs like to go "outside, on the asphalt."
As for the second, he emphasizes that he also understands it, since it is what his furry friend likes, and he illustrates it with a mime that implies that it is about food. "You're taking away my vocabulary," she snaps.
The last word is the one that causes the problem, since "it is the beginning of the sentence." In the video she explains that she cannot say to Laura, her partner: "Do you want to go to dinner with me?" "Because of my dog, I have had to change my vocabulary," she pointed out after highlighting that she had changed the "do you want" to "would you like."
Using the poster on which the three words are written, the comedian alleges that Risa thinks that with "do you want" they can offer her a trip to the "street" or a "little gift."
"I hope this list doesn't continue, because she is very smart and is going to learn more words," Bolaños told her. Then, he addressed the viewers of the video, specifically those who thought that he was exaggerating when explaining that the dog protagonist of the story did not stop barking when hearing any of these words.
He makes a first demonstration saying "Risa, do you want..." and quickly gets a lick. With laughter already running around on the floor, Bolaños created a skit alleging that he had only said "do you want" and the dog responded with several barks. "Please help," the video ends with a clear tone of humor that has caused a sensation on social networks.
