On March 1, 1983, the Statute of Autonomy of the Balearic Islands came into force. It is for this reason that today fairs, concerts, marches, competitions, awards ceremonies and many other activities will be organized in this Autonomous Community. Food also plays an important role in the celebration, with recipes as traditional and tasty as the ones we present below:
