The Feroz 2024 Awards are held this Friday and will once again bring to the fore the best of the Spanish audiovisual industry. Víctor Eric's film 'Close Your Eyes' is the big favorite of the gala with nine nominations.
It is closely followed by another of the big names of the evening: 20,000 species of bees, by Estíbaliz Urresola Solaguren, which has seven nominations for the Feroz awards, a number it shares with Un amor by Isabel Coixet.
One of the films of the moment also deserves special mention, The Snow Society by J.A. Bayona, which has received four nominations for the Feroz along with I'm loving you madly, by Alejandro Marín, with the same award options.
In the series section there will also be a lot of competition, although it seems that the most prominent name is The Burning Body, the work about the crime of the Urban Police starring Ursula Corberó in the role of Rosa Peral.
Also competing for the award for best drama series is El Hijo Zurdo, La Messiah, Rapa and Selftape; while in the comedy section Citas Barcelona, This is not Sweden, The Other Side and Poquita Fe are nominated.
The eleventh edition of the Feroz Awards will be held this Friday, January 26 at the Palacio Vistalegre in Madrid. The gala will start at 9:30 p.m. with a red carpet from 7:30 p.m. and can be seen live through the organization's YouTube channel and can also be followed through the La Vanguardia website.
