Today we present to you Drako, a 7-year-old furry boy who is looking for a family to enjoy company, walks and games. He is an extremely affectionate and playful little dog, who gets excited running out with his toy in his mouth and jumping like a kid!
From the CAAD Maresme (Centre d'Atenció d'Animals Domèstics del Maresme) we are informed that Drako has been feeling down and sad for some time. Despite having been with them for 3 years and having been generally calm, they have recently noticed him quite depressed. So much so that he barely leaves his cage and just sees how the days go by.... This situation moves us deeply at 'Peludos', and we sincerely hope that you can give him a chance.
Drako longs for a family to rescue him from the cage of loneliness and show him the true essence of life and happiness. He needs to experience human warmth, enjoy exciting excursions in the mountains and share relaxing naps on the couch.
It is important to mention that Drako is positive for Leishmaniasis, but fortunately it is under control and his levels are low. However, this condition causes wounds on the paws that require long periods of time to heal. In a home, these wounds would heal more quickly due to the warmer, safer environment. That's why it's crucial that you find a home that can provide the care you need.
