Celler Acústic, a winery integrated into the landscape of Marçà

Produce pure, acoustic, natural wines, without makeup, that express the austerity of the vine and the territory without filters, just as they are, honestly, like acoustic music, which is austere but sincere and deep, expressing all its feelings without electricity or technology. Thus, musically speaking, the Celler Acústic winery is defined, located on the La Coma del Hostal estate on the outskirts of Marçà, surrounded by La Mola and the Sierra de Llaberia.

It is a winery integrated into the landscape, sustainable and isolated with natural materials. Much of this has to do with the fact that its founder, Albert Jané, inherited his passion for viticulture and respect for the land from his parents, Benjamin and Maria.

Precisely for this reason, most of the wines they produce obtain the seal of the CCPAE (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica). To achieve this, they use traditional techniques and do manual harvesting, following the legacy of past generations to minimize impacts on the landscape heritage.

42 hectares of noble old vines

Acoustic winery has vineyards in the towns of Guiamets, La Serra d'Almos, Marçà, Capçanes, Cornudella, El Masroig, Darmós and Falset. 42 hectares of noble old vines with low yields but of exceptional quality, of Garnacha and Cariñena for the blacks and white and red Garnacha, Macabeo and Pansal for the whites, in the DO Montsant.

Some vineyards surrounded by ancient olive trees that have experienced a thousand battles and almond trees that have suffered extreme climates and that express the tradition, uniqueness and landscape of this area surrounded by the majestic Sierra del Montsant.

Braó, the "analogical" wine par excellence

In line with those wines faithful to the old vines of varieties typical of the area, where each sip transports you to the place where that grape comes from, is its Braó red wine. A proposal that does not need electricity or technology to shine. An "analogue" proposal, from before.

This wine has 10% Garnacha that provides finesse, fruit and complexity and 90% Cariñena that provides color, structure and masculinity to the wine. In its 2018 vintage it is expressive and elegant on the nose. Highlighting the ripe fruit and sweet spices. On the palate it is tasty, silky, fruity. Ideal to pair with Ideal with red meats, roasts and cheeses.

A unique wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with very light organic toasting and which has a score of 93 in the last two editions of the Peñín guide (2022 and 2023).

Now you can enjoy this proposal thanks to the 10th anniversary selection of the Club de Vinos de Gourmet La Vanguardia, where it is accompanied by six great wines that have been part of the selections in these 10 years: LaQuarta de Sant Josep Vins de Terra Alta, Tocat de l'Ala de Coca i Fitó del Empordà, Abadal 5 Merlot from Pla de Bages, Loidana de Marco Abella del Priorat and Durona de Montrubí del Penedès.
