Baked hake with steamed vegetables: how to prepare this light fish recipe

For this hake, we have chosen to accompany the steamed vegetables as it is a lighter and more appetizing preparation at this time of year, but once you turn on the oven you can also prepare the fish with the traditional bakery potatoes: a base of slices of potato, a little onion and hake on top.

> 600 g of hake

> Extra virgin olive oil

> 2 carrots

> 250 g green beans

> 150 g of peas

> 1 cauliflower

> Shall

> Pepper

1. Turn the oven on to 180ºC.

2. In a baking dish, put a little oil and place the fish slices. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the hake pieces.

3. Separate the cauliflower florets, cut them into small pieces and cut the carrots into slices.

4. Steam these vegetables along with the peas and green beans.

5. When the hake is ready, season with salt and pepper and serve it along with the vegetables.
