In the profile of Ariane Hoyos, we find much more than travel content. The Basque influencer, recently awarded the revelation award in the TikTok Entertainment category, also likes to publish some videos with recipes that no one should miss trying.
In this case, it was a dessert: cheesecake, but with a Dinosaurus cookie base. Hoyos is convinced that with this recipe she will dazzle the guests she has at home that day. "Grandma for once," she says.
Regarding his choice for the base, he does not care about the criticism: "For some it will be an aberration, although for others I will be a genius." She moves on, convinced that it's an unbeatable mix for her cheesecake.
For the filling, use: 900 grams of cream cheese; 500 milliliters of whipping cream; five eggs; a tablespoon of Cornstarch; and a cup of sugar, because "it's not a healthy cake."
Once you mix everything, pour it all into the mold with baking paper. In parallel, she heats the oven to 220º with heat up and down. And bake for 40 minutes. Finally, she leaves it for several hours in the refrigerator.
