A TikTok user, under the username @dirty_stuff, shared an experience that fortunately ended up being a scare. While she was walking her dog Alba, a 3-year-old greyhound, an oversight caused her to get off the leash and run away, scared by a sudden noise.
Alba, getting scared, began to run, carrying with her a GPS that would turn out to be her salvation. In less than a minute, Alba was out of human reach, about 5 kilometers away from her home and showing no signs of stopping. With the help of GPS, her owner was able to track her location, finding her on the edge of a road, hooked on a branch.
The same strap that scared her became the means to prevent a tragedy, allowing her owner to arrive in time to rescue her. Although Alba enjoys running through the nearby fields, her escapade took her across at least three roads and paths.
Fortunately, they live in a low-traffic area, which contributed to their safety. After a twenty-minute car search, Alba was rescued and brought home safely, albeit with a few scratches and quite a scare.
