What Tamara Falcó asked the designers of her wedding dress and they have refused

Tamara Falcó is choking on the wedding just two months after its celebration. After the complicated moments experienced by the Marquise de Griñón and Íñigo Onieva, they decided to take the final step to say 'yes I do'. A link that, far from bringing only joy, seems to bring controversy and displeasure everywhere.

Today the news of the end of the contractual relationship between Falcó and the designers of his dress, the firm Sophie et Voilà, has been announced. Which means that Tamara Falcó is left without a dress a few weeks before her long-awaited day. As explained by El País and expanded by Vanitatis, everything would be due to "disagreements in the process". But this morning Leticia Requejo was in charge of giving all the details in The Ana Rosa Program.

"Our business ethics prevent us from trespassing certain limits that would jeopardize the original authorship of the design," the designers explain in an official statement. And it is that, according to Requejo, the demands of Falcó would have exceeded the limits. "Tamara offers them to make a carbon copy of a French design that is on display at the Metropolitan in New York. A plagiarism," the journalist explained. "The dress she wanted to copy is from the Chanel firm," she added.

According to Leticia Requejo, "designers refuse to plagiarize a design that is not theirs." Therefore, this would be the main reason for the break between the bride and the designers. "Tamara puts them off and there is no communication with the firm and that is when she breaks up with her," he concluded.

Another piece of information that has come out from the journalist is that "Tamara has communicated to her circle these days that her designers would not be them." Something that she herself has been in charge of denying and claims to have found out from the press. As Tamara Falcó has recounted for Hello!, she would never "think of asking for plagiarism". "They have left me composed and without a dress," said the Marquise.

After learning the news, the set of El Programa de Ana Rosa has exploded with information from all parties. Beatriz Cortázar has affirmed that "it was not going to be a long dress" and that "the environment was not convinced of that design for that day and Tamara has changed her mind" at the last minute. “Tamara took a risk, she wanted to do something different and now she has realized that she couldn't”, she added.

''Due to the respect that the originality of the work of other haute couture brands deserves, we cannot comply with certain demands of Ms. Falcó, which from the beginning of the relationship we have advised against and refused to carry out because they are too close to designs foreign to our firm'', the designers express in a statement distributed by Llorente and Cuenca.

Even so, the brand wanted to send a message of thanks: "We want to thank Mrs. Falcó and her entire team for the trust placed in Sophie et Voilà during these intense days and convey our best wishes for her wedding day."
