The uncomfortable reaction of actor Matías Recalt at the Goya when he was asked about the alleged romance between Aitana and Enzo Vogrincic

Last Saturday, February 10, the 38th Goya Awards gala was held in Valladolid, which was presented by Ana Belén and the Javis. From the beginning of the event it could be seen that it would be a night full of vindication, since the presenter began her speech talking about sexual violence in the industry and making reference to the song Se Acabó, by María Jiménez: ''Here in the cinema It's also over. Women in cinema, like all of us, do not want attempts to live, and that means condemning all abuse and sexual violence, and deeply reviewing the structures.''

Many figures from the world of acting, directing, etc. They wanted to decorate their gala outfits with stickers calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, thus giving a shot to all those who defend Israeli 'genocide'.

The Snow Society started out as one of the big favorites of the awards gala, since it had 13 nominations. 20,000 Species of Bees, a film by Estibaliz Urresola Solaguren, began the gala with the possibility of winning 15 statuettes, quite an achievement for the filmmaker's first feature film.

The results of the awards did not surprise attendees. Bayona's film was a big hit and took home 12 of the 13 awards it was up for, making it a difficult night for the director's competitors. After collecting the Goya award for best direction, Juan Antonio Bayona dedicated some emotional words to his colleagues: ''My home is Spanish cinema, and this success is yours.''

One of the awards that has been the most talked about in recent days has been that of best new actor, an award that Matías Recalt won for playing Roberto Canessa in the film that reproduces the accident in the Andes.

When his name was announced as the winner, the theater was filled with applause and the young Argentine took the stage very excited about the recognition of his hard work by Spanish cinema. In addition, he gave an emotional speech to the audience that has been widely celebrated on social networks: ''I especially dedicate it to my father, who I lost before making this film. I dedicate this to you, dad (...) I send a big hug to my country, Argentina, which is going through a very delicate moment. And ask that, please, the culture not be stained."

Content and happy for having won the most important award in Spanish cinema, the young artist addressed the media with a friendly attitude. However, his surprise was enormous when he discovered that journalists asked him about the alleged romance between his film partner Enzo Vogrincic and the singer Aitana.

The actor's reaction was to make a strange face and walk away from the press area, exactly the same as Vogrincic had when receiving a similar question. This video has been highly criticized on social networks, since the reporters addressed issues of the heart while Recalt held his Goya and lived one of the most important moments of his life.
