The nightmare does not end for Kate Middleton: CNN has begun to review all the photographs of the Princess of Wales

The publication of a retouched photo by Kate Middleton has caused controversy on the Internet. Kensington Palace uploaded a photo last Sunday of the woman and her three children to celebrate Mother's Day and reassure all those who were concerned about Princess Catherine's health. However, things did not go as expected.

Quickly, hundreds of users from different platforms and media realized that the photo was edited with Photoshop and flooded social networks with evidence and clues that confirmed it.

After the main communication agencies removed the image from all their servers, the Royal House intoned the 'mea culpa' and the Princess of Wales uploaded a story to Instagram in which she acknowledged that she had edited the photograph herself and in which He apologized to all the people he had worried.

''Like many other amateur photographers, I occasionally experiment with editing (...) I want to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday may have caused," Prince William's wife wrote sincerely.

As reported by different media such as The Telegraph and The Mirror, sources close to the Princess of Wales have confirmed that she is having a very bad few days and that she is distressed and disgusted with the situation that the photograph has caused.

Furthermore, the editing of the image has only fueled rumors and gossip that claim that the aristocrat is going through different health problems. It should be noted that Middelton was admitted to a London hospital last January to undergo planned abdominal surgery and that, upon leaving, she asked the Royal Family that her personal medical information remain private. As she has not been seen since, many people believe that she is not as well as she claims from the royal body.

Due to the manipulation of the image that was broadcast from an official channel of the British Royal Family, CNN has published that they are investigating other photographs: "CNN is now reviewing all photos previously distributed by Kensington Palace."

The American television network has announced in an analysis of the scandal that it has published on the Internet that it considers it ''unacceptable'' to modify the pixels of an image (move, change or manipulate), since it considers it to alter the reality of the situation.
