The networks sentence the final of 'Operación Triunfo': "I don't give an opinion because they take me prisoner"

The emblematic Operación Triunfo Academy ends its activities with the long-awaited grand finale. The benchmark musical competition in Spain comes to an end after three very intense months. Among the contestants who have endured three months of musical training and have the opportunity to succeed are Ruslana, Juanjo, Martín, Lucas, Paul and Naiara, who has positioned herself as the favorite to win 100,000 euros and her first record contract.

As is usual in all galas, the official hashtag of the final in X has been filled with comments. The program's followers have been relentless with what they have considered a great injustice: Juanjo's fourth place finish.

If Naiara has been the great favorite to win this edition of Operación Triunfo, second place seemed to have been assigned to Juanjo, one of the most special voices within the Academy. However, the audience has seen fit to reward Paul Thin and Rusalna to be alongside Naiara.

On this occasion, the jury has not had any type of weight in the future of the contestants in the final and all the power has fallen on the audience. And the viewers have decided that Juanjo will be fourth with 13% of the votes - Martin has been sixth and Lucas has taken fifth place -.

The skilled singer, despite not having finished in the top three, has been very proud of what he has achieved in this time at the Academy: "The person who leaves has nothing to do with the one who entered. Here they have taught me things that were not in my head. I loved it, it has been a luxury. Everything happened at once, they gave me many 'clicks' in my head. Suddenly I understand what it is to tell the songs and be more me than ever ".

But the tweeters have not taken it as well as Juanjo himself. Many of them have used the hashtag

A user has been quite blunt with the new voting system that has left Juanjo out: "Don't let people vote again who are not fully empowered to do so because these injustices happen." Another has preferred to bite her tongue: "I don't give an opinion because they take me prisoner."

Of the three contestants who have sneaked into the final phase and left Juanjo with no options, it seems that Ruslana and Paul, according to the Twitter users, were the ones who deserved it the least. "That Juanjo is not in the final and Paul is not acceptable to me," said one. "I don't see it as fair, nooooo...he deserved first or second and it's great that Ruslana is among the 3, come on," another agreed.
